Pricing Structure: The cost per home or unit is based on the number of contracted homes/units and covers only trash removal services. Additional services are available for an extra fee.

Excess Trash Fees: Charges for excessive trash removal depend on the quantity of bags and waste left behind. Additional cleanup fees may apply, including a separate charge for bin cleaning.

After-Hours & Emergency Fees: Service requests made after 4 PM are considered after-hours and will incur an additional fee based on the volume of trash. The "Last Minute Emergency Removal" fee is equal to the after-hours call-out fee.

Peak Season Pricing: Rates may increase during high-demand periods, including Spring Break, Passover/Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's, due to higher trash volumes. Photo Documentation: Upon request, we can provide timestamped photos of excess trash during valet services. Approval for additional removal fees will be required before service.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, invoice payments, and bank/wire transfers.

Late Payments: Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid a 1.5% late fee.
