About

Founded in 2017, We provide door to door trash removal and valet trash services for residential, HOA, resorts, and vacation home rental property managers and owners. We work with several property management both long and short term companies to avoid HOA fines, along with keeping your community clean and clear of wildlife getting into your bins dragging trash all over your driveway, lawn, and neighbors property. Keeping your bins clean and free of trash avoids foul smell in the community, insects, flies, maggots, and more. The community value will go up with our service. 

 

We also offer door to door valet services for apartment complexes and taken to the onsite container. We provide consistent pickup times so residents know when trash will be picked up. We offer services for our local communities and business' within Haines City, Davenport, Kissimmee, HWY 27 location.

We are partnered with HOA's for upkeep of all communities along with valet trash services. We offer grounds clean up making them free of debris and loose trash.  It is important to the HOA in keeping their communities clean and trash free to increase the value of their community.

 

They hire us for valet trash services with bringing the bins (trash and recycle) down and back for and after county pickup. We clean around the clubhouse and throughout the community including changing dog station bags. Whatever service is needed to help make your community beautiful, owners happy, and free of trash we can do.

What made us decide to open a trash removal and valet trash service company? Why deal with trash? 

Everyone has trash and no one wants to deal with it, right?

Here's how we started! 

I have worked for short term management companies for over 10 year and also owned a vacation home property management company in the Disney Area, FL and had many guests leaving excessive trash behind along with cleaners not wanting to remove the trash or overcharging to remove trash. Also they did not want to place trash bags in their vehicles where they keep their products to sanitize a home (makes perfect sense, right?) and if they did they will charge a high fee.

Homeowners who do not have a management company in place were receiving “friendly” HOA notices and violations with fines up to $1000. This is very stressful for the homeowners who normally aren't in the state of their vacation homes to worry about HOA violations for trash and for property managers as well making these violations look bad on their company to the owners. Have owners beginning to question, why if you are managing my home am I receiving these notices or being fined?

I started asking my husband (Lefty) to go to the homes and remove trash before guests arrivals. From there we decided to begin trash removal after every guest departure once cleaners were done preparing for arrival. Cleaners will have trash bagged up tightly and contact Lefty when ready for pick up. Property managers provide us with a weekly departures list including back to back reservations and will include if trash must be removed or just to bring bins down to curb. For those last minute reservations we are texted (preferred for quicker response), whatsapp, or emailed. After seeing us in the communities, residents began contracting us to bring the bins to the curb and back in place after pick up. Especially absent owners, who are on business trips for the week, they know they do not have to worry about their trash. Cleaners begin stopping us to remove the trash for them after every clean. We not only provide valet trash service we provide great customer service and proud of what we do even if it just consist of trash. 

 

Whatever the reason even if it's "I just did not feel like it" or an elderly that needs the assistance, we are here!

We also offer to clean inside and around the community clubhouse, we empty pool area and clubhouse bins as well. We are your one stop shop to keeping your community clean and trash free. (inquire for more information)

We are currently contracted with Watersong Resort, Solana Resort, Festival Resort, HOAs such as access management, Windwood bay, work with many property managers who have homes in Champions Gate, Reunion Resort, Solterra Resort, Windsor at Westside, Solara Storey Lake, and many more. You can trust that we get the job done.

Please let Lefty’s know he did a awesome job here tonight! We walked this morning and this afternoon and there was trash everywhere. Along side recycle bins by the curb, trash cans over flowing, bags of trash next to trash cans in the driveways, the place was a mess. Dan and I said to each other we could not even imagine how it was going to look after trash was picked up because they certainly won’t get out and pick it up! Well Lefty’s did awesome! All the trash is in bins and the place looks great tonight!

Pricing

Contact us for a quote. Our services are scheduled weekly, daily, or whenever you need it depending on your household or vacation home needs. Whatever works for you, we will provide the service. (Please be advised unless we have a signed contract pricing may change at any time without notice, pricing below are estimated pricing only to give you an idea of what the cost may be).                                   

Estimate of Pricing:

Valet Trash (can to curb)

$40 per home per month with weekly service. For both Recycle and Trash monthly $50. Can to curb service and back after county pickup.

Trash Removal Only- 

$35 per home minimum

(5 bags) one time pickup. (Departures, back to back reservations)

Extras Services are offered such as washing of bins, area clean up, back to back emergencies, and more. 

Price Per Home varies on the numbers of homes contracted and includes only Valet Trash Services, Excessive Trash removal varies per amount of trash left and clean up, to clean bins there is an additional fee. After hour calls are considered any time after 4 pm, fee depends on the amount of excess trash.  Last Minute “Emergency Removal” fee is same as after hour call out fee. High Seasons are mostly considered Holidays, Spring Break, Passover/Easter,  4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) pricing may be higher depending on amount of trash removed. We take photos upon request if excess trash is left at the property during valet services and send over prior to removal for approval.

Payment Methods Accepted:  Zelle | Payment via Invoices | Bank/Wire transfer

Invoices must be paid on due date to avoid a 1.5% late fee. HOA invoices are sent out every 25th of the month to receive payment by the 1st. Management company invoices are sent out every Wednesday for payment on Fridays (weekly).
